The basics of ordering from Home Recipe Foods. Effective Date: 15th October 2025

By accessing and using the Home Recipe Foods website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Online vs. Outlet Sales

Please note that our online sales policy and our outlet sales policy are the same.

2. Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock, and Home Recipe Foods reserves the right to change or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Order Processing

Online orders can be placed during our working hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We do not offer home delivery. All orders must be picked up at the designated outlet.
You must inform us 1 day in advance if you wish to order our products.
Our team will make a confirmation call within 1 – 2 hours of receiving the order.

4. Payment

The accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Orders can be changed or cancelled if you inform us by 4:00 PM 1 day before the delivery date of your order.
Once confirmed, changes may not be possible depending on the type of product and the preparation status.

6. Liability

Home Recipe Foods is not responsible for:

Any delay or failure in order pickup due to unavailability of the customer.
Any incorrect information provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Any loss resulting from misuse of the website.

7. Privacy

We do not collect, store or use cookies or personal information from visitors to our website. For details, see our Privacy & Policy.

8. Policy Changes

Home Recipe Foods reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected on this page with the revised date.

হোম রেসিপি ফুডস ওয়েবসাইট অ্যাক্সেস এবং ব্যবহার করে, আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে এবং আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে দয়া করে সেগুলি সাবধানে পড়ুন।

১. অনলাইন বনাম আউটলেট বিক্রয়

দয়া করে মনে রাখবেন যে আমাদের অনলাইন বিক্রয় নীতি এবং আমাদের আউটলেট বিক্রয় নীতি একই।

২. পণ্যের সহজলভ্যতা

পণ্যের সহজলভ্যতা স্টক সাপেক্ষে, এবং হোম রেসিপি ফুডস পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পণ্য পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ

আমাদের কাজের সময় অনলাইনে অর্ডার দেওয়া যেতে পারে: সকাল ৮:০০ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৭:০০ টা।
আমরা হোম ডেলিভারি অফার করি না। সমস্ত অর্ডার নির্ধারিত আউটলেট থেকে নিতে হবে।
আমাদের পণ্য অর্ডার দিতে হলে আপনাকে ১ দিন আগে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
অর্ডার পাওয়ার ১-২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের টিম একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ কল করবে।

৪. অর্থপ্রদান

অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের সময় গৃহীত অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিগুলি জানানো হবে।
সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকায় তালিকাভুক্ত এবং প্রযোজ্য কর।

৫. বাতিলকরণ এবং পরিবর্তন

আপনার দেওয়া অর্ডারটি ডেলিভারির ১ দিন আগে বিকাল ৪:০০ টার মধ্যে জানালে অর্ডার পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করা যেতে পারে।
একবার নিশ্চিত হয়ে গেলে, পণ্যের ধরণ এবং প্রস্তুতির অবস্থার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

৬. দায়

হোম রেসিপি ফুডস এর জন্য দায়ী নয়:

গ্রাহকের অনুপলব্ধতার কারণে অর্ডার পিকআপে কোনও বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতা।
অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন গ্রাহক কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত কোনও ভুল তথ্য।
ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহারের ফলে যে কোনও ক্ষতি।

৭. গোপনীয়তা

আমরা আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের দর্শকদের কাছ থেকে কুকিজ বা ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, সংরক্ষণ বা ব্যবহার করি না। বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য আমাদের গোপনীয়তা দেখুন।

৮. নীতি পরিবর্তন

হোম রেসিপি ফুডস পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। যেকোনো আপডেট এই পৃষ্ঠায় সংশোধিত তারিখ সহ প্রতিফলিত হবে।
